Refund policy

Returns: All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for any products sold through Set baby. To ensure you are happy with your original purchase, please refer to our sizing guide and color guide. We provide specific descriptions of each items undertone and color palette in the item details section. At Set baby we are happy to help advise prior to your purchase at any point by contacting us.

Exchanges: in the event that the wrong size was purchased, we will happily exchange your item for the correct size.

Exchange criteria:

• Original condition (unwashed and un worn)
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging with order information
• Purchased within 30 days

In the occasion that the item or items do not meet this criteria, we will not be able to provide the exchange.

Manufacturing defects: In the event that a faulty item slips through our hands, we are committed to our customers satisfaction and happy to replace it. We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. \

Defect criteria: zipper malfunction or broken Tear in tulle or any delicate material discoloration that is not matching the normal print or design.

Note: ripping off the items tag near neckline resulting in a tear will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Sent from my iPhone
